I want to develop an app which can float over all other apps.

However I did not find the way.The UWP App had no such API method.

Recently I found that the BiliBili UWP App has a small window model which allow user to topmost the window.

So I searched the web and tried to find the api.The official document has no description.So I tried to use key words such as “topmost”,to search the Internet.

Finally I found the API.It was rleased in February and has been used on the “Moive and TV” Microsoft Official UWP APP.

The way making the window over all other app windows is called “CompactOverlay mode”.

民進党の蓮舫代表が27日、辞意を表明した。旧民主党時代を含めて初の女性党首としての鳴り物入りの登板から一年にも満たない間で、迷走に迷走を重ねた末の辞任劇だった。政権運営の失敗という烙印を背負った民進党にとって「ジャンヌダルク」ともいえる存在だった蓮舫氏は満身創痍で退場を余儀なくされた。
記者会見場に現れた蓮舫氏は、泣きはらしたような真っ赤な目をしていた。「一議員に戻ります。努力して、もっと学んで、もっと強くなる。。。」蓮舫氏自身が会見で認めたように、首相を目指す野党第一党の党首として器も力量も十分ではなかった。

仙台市長選、内閣支持率．．．「イメージ刷新」求める声が噴出

来月初旬に予定される内閣改造．自民党役員人事を巡り、官房長官ら政権の骨格を維持する安倍首相の方針に対し、自民党内から見直し論がではじめた。23日投開票の仙台市長選の敗北に加え、内閣支持率も大幅に下落し、「イメージ刷新」を求める声が噴出している。

毎日新聞の世論調査では内閣支持率は２６％まで下落。首相が示した菅氏や麻生太郎副総理兼財務相の留任方針も「評価しない」が52％に上がった。菅氏は24日の記者会見で「私自身のこれまでの取り組みに関し、そのようなご指摘があることは謙虚に受け止める」と語るにとどめた。

一方、自民党重鎮議員は「国民からよくないイメージを持たれているのはまずい」と懸念し、ある閣僚経験者は「麻生氏や菅氏を飼えるくらいの人事をやらないと支持率回復は無理だ」と指摘。党幹部からも「菅氏らを代えればイメージ一新になる」との声が漏れた。

党内では改造人事について「若手登用など小手先の人事だけでは難しい」との危機感が漂う。支持率低下とともに、これまで政権の方針に意を唱えった議員断ちが首相への不満を語り始め、菅氏らへの風当たりも強まっている。

私のコメント

安倍首相の支持率がやはり大幅下落した。以前、私が中国の新聞を見たとき、いつも安倍もうすぐ更迭だという印象があります。東京都知事選の落選の後、仙台市長選また失敗した。安倍さんきっと眠れないでしょう。今内閣改造の方針にいろんな指摘の声が出る。今回いかにも安倍首相の危機が来たね。日本政権恐らくまた更迭します。
